A bit about Michelle, from the press release:
"When Clippy is not touring the UK spreading the love about preserving, she is in her kitchen developing unique recipes for her multi award-winning British apple-based range of luxury handmade conserves, jellies, chutneys & relishes, which all contain the quintessential British apple and are made lovingly in small handmade batches with daughter Rosie, 2, as chief taster!  Clippy’s Apples was founded in 2008 by Clippy using apples from her back garden.  Her unique range of products (available to purchase from Ocado.com) capture the essence of what’s great about the British seasons and combines it with lots of indulgent ingredients.  BBC Countryfile recently described Clippy as the ‘pick of the best… preserve makers’.
