| "That's It " - Imagine how I felt this morning,
I turned up for work at 11am at the Old England Hotel in Bowness, only to discover I actually didn't start until 4pm, I think the occasion bowled me over, this time yesterday I was with "Jean-Christophe Novelli" I got a personal invite to join him on a Live demo. I cooked a Tan of Shaw's Haggis and Black Pudding topped and glazed with the fantastic Martin gotts Sheep milk cheese from Holker Hall. I finished the dish with Morecambe Bay Brown Shrimps with coriander and spring onions. And what a fine dish.

I even got to have 5 minutes with " Ivan Day " the most switched on Food Historian I've ever met,
see ya soon,
Nick..

Nice to see you sharing a stage with the good looking (at least that is what Cecilia thinks) and famous. And i'm glad you rescued your dish from the oven and onto the plate to a healthy round of applause. I reckon Jean Christophe was trying to scupper your food! - Martin
