I'm well happy as i've been given a contract at the Swan Hotel right up until new years eve,

and I even get christmas day and boxing day off,

Well today i was in kendal finnishing off my christmas shopping and is'nt it amazing how you can so quickly go through money,

but i've got it all done now so thats good,

I had my daughter and Lucy's 2 daughters here for dinner last night,

another last minute arrangement from my daughter,

I was able to make them tortellinis with Thornby moor goats cheese with garlic and basil,

vegetable cous cous with the last of the vegetables from my sisters howbarrow  organic box,

Goosenargh free range chicken cooked in Demels spicy chutney,

So they did'nt do to bad, at least they did the washing up,
