We would like to invite you to come and watch a whole range of different short demonstrations and meet some of the people who supply us from around the area.

The afternoon is free and available to anyone who is interested in seeing what we have on offer.  We shall be serving tea and coffee as well as light refreshments during the course of the afternoon.

You will be able to book and enquire about courses as well as receive discounts and prize draw tickets   So, come along and see what LucyCooks has that cannot be found anywhere else .... even the sceptical have been surprised and found something to suit their own particular needs!

No need to book - simply turn up on the day.

Well this has to go down as some of the best demos I've ever done,
I started cooking at 12noon and stopped at 4.45pm,

Totally solid,

You could'nt move in the downstairs demo area,

It was like a massive game of sardines,

I cooked, King Prawns with Ginger, garlic and coriander, sat onto buttered spinach,

Lemon cups filled with morecambe bay brown shrimps, parsley and butter topped and glazed with Keldthwaite gold cheese,

Sauteed Squid with roasted fennel and sun blushed tomatoes,

Roast vegetable cous cous, with sauteed wild mushrooms and pesto,

Asparagus wrapped with air dried ham, sun blushed tomatoes and then roasted with olive oil,

And the most fantastic filo pastry tart with beef tomatoes, and goats cheese, glazed with pesto.

Yes.... I hear you saying " how the hell did he cook all this stuff "

Well they just kept on giving me ingredients and clean pans,

And my imagination just took over,

there was No Magic Tricks or Illusions,

" Just good Local Ingredients "

And Simplicity,

And I loved It.....

I even got to have a chat with young Luke,

Nice One,

Nick....
