I was so glad to get home eventually today,

I was live on BBC Radio Cumbria this morning talking all about different oils for cooking and uses with foods,we had walnut oil, Red Palm and Canola oil, and some pumpkin seed oil. It all went well and we got some very good feedback in the form of phone ins and emails whilst we where still on air,so it was a good production.

Driving home from Carlisle back to Ambleside was like being in a monsoon, and the A66 is'nt the nicest of roads to drive on at the best of times, but hey i'm safely home now and doing my homework for the next programme,Avocado oil, Hemp oil and ground nut oils are the subject, I'm taking foods to match with me so we can have a Live tasting on the air.
