Live and Dangerous in Whiteaven......
I've got a very busy weekend to look forward to this week,
I'm doing 3 days at the whiteaven maritime festival with Keith Floyd and Jean Christophe Novelli,
they have given us a massive list of ingredients they want for there demos,
and yours truly is the shopping boy,
Keith wants, salmon, sea bass,mussels,coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, cigarettes and gallons of wine,
where as jean Christophe wants king scallops in there shells, foie gras, granny smiths apples and goats cheese,
I'm using ray's brown shrimps from silloth, venison and racks of lamb in a ready steady cook performance
i'll let you know how it went when i get home on sunday,
