Tune in to BBC Radio Cumbria on Monday 20th at 12 o'clock lunchtime'ish,

i'll be there with Ian Timmes talking about all kinds of foods and ingredients,

particularly woodalls pancetta as it is one of my favrourite things to eat and to cook with as well,

there'll be  tastings of crisp pancetta with pesto and local tomatoes live on air,

so you will be able to hear every crunch and squelch and every " ooohhhhh"

we are going to continue with this theme for the rest of the year where i put together tastings of local products and then share them on the air,

along with letting people know where they can get hold of them and what they can do with them,
