WOW, Now this is just Fantastic,

I'm going to be Judging in the North West Fine Foods Young Chef of the Year competition on Tuesday,

The heats are held at Lucy's Cookery school in Staveley. Forgive me if I seem a trifle over excited about this, but over the past year I've worked with a lot of the young chefs who are taking part.

Now as this veritable feast awaits me, I'm waiting with awe and great anticipation, these are all our local chefs, working in all our local hotels and restaurants, using our local produce. "The chefs of the future"

"And the Meat will Inherite the Earth "
