Open day at the cookery school in Stavely tommorow 13th april,

The open day's are definately my favourite, I get to do a "ready steady cook"

from the opening to the close of the day I do live demos in the Aga Kitchen, with no plan or script,

Just me, A massive arsenal of different foods and 5 hours to do it!,

I love the prospect of cooking , creating and entertaining as all kinds of people come to the open day's,

whether it be folk we know or people who have'nt been there before,

we had nearly 500 people come to the last one,

so hopefully tommorow will be just as popular,
